I stewed on this one a bit.

It very much feels like a genuine mistake. A mistake that shouldn't have occurred though and M E W does need to be careful with their rockets.
They'll be left off with a warning, as it still feels too much to punish for alone.
Moving forward though, this shouldn't occur from this player again and feel free to report again if it does.
