I am accusing Lark of camping and delaying as a boss, specifically Blightcaller.

However the boss itself is rather finicky in this aspect as he builds no rage and works on cooldown, promoting passive, campy playstyle.
So I can understand if this does not merit a punishment against him, however I must mention that he exclusively plays Blightcaller and keeps to this passive playstyle.

It's lengthy, almost 10 minutes, however that kind of tells the issue with the boss and the people playing him like so.
