Joined the game and started to mic spam using slam or something similar. Would not stop when asked. (Used demo file this time and sound worked )

While researching it appears he was banned from another tf2 jailbreak server prior for free killing on blackwonder.tf (Look up his steamid, link was removed.)

UPDATE -- He left, micspam lasted off and on for 20 minutes.
