I turned on ff because it was the dr, not to kill you. I just saw the opportunity for some "shenanigans" you could say. Sorry you missed out on a whole 2 minutes of gameplay.
Second, it wasn't last guard, the dr was over when they killed the guy, so the round was over.

I say who cares? Literally all you missed out on was me killing the rest of the reds. Thats it.
This whole report feels like it was done in bad faith, like the only reason you reported was to get someone guardbanned, not to improve the game.
You could try to, oh I dunno, have fun on this mode? If you are super strict, report anyone for doing anything, thats a one way ticket to being one of the most hated players on the server. That's what I was when I first joined, and it was miserable. It's an unofficial tf2 gamemode bro, take it less seriously, and make reports on people you actually think are ruining the server, and not just because you wanna ruin someone else's day.

These are the rules surrounding the usage of FF for DR. The text in bold is the most important part in the context of this report:

FF may be used during DR but the last red must specify if Guards can teamkill as this is the only instance where it can be allowed.

Hoovy Area never said guards could teamkill each other. He wanted FF on so he could kill the REDs in the RPS game.

This specific part of the rule does tend to be overlooked a lot. Given there really wasn't any intent to rulebreak I won't punish anyone. But @BritishMafia, for the future please remember that during DR, if FF is requested to be turned off, the RED has to specify if guards can teamkill or not. Don't assume FF going on during DR automatically means BLU teamkilling is right away allowed. A BLU shooting at you once isn't a valid reason to teamkill unless it's persistent and disruptive.
