He already got banned 3 days ago for stealing and blocking so I assume that even without evidences of stealing I can still consider this one.

(Note to @Gameserver Admin : Make sure to punish players significatively by searching previous bans of the same reasons through Sourcebans while administrating on a server that you're not used to, thanks in advance.)​

This player got banned 2 days for : Stealing, abusing !call by making fake reports (https://bans.panda-community.com/index.php?p=banlist&advSearch=STEAM_0:1:105671112&advType=steamid) and got gagged 12 days for Insulting players, keeps using foreign language after 3 blocks for this reason., and due to his previous comm. blocks as well. (2 weeks in total, so 2 days to cover the ban, 12 others while his ban will expired : https://bans.panda-community.com/index.php?p=commslist&searchText=STEAM_0:1:105671112&Submit)
