Remove Perm Kritz for Blus in Jailbreak (1 Viewer)

I have no idea why, since its not on any other server, but Blus have permanent crits on Jailbreak. I understand that it makes it easier for blus to deal with rebels but its also super overpowered and makes rebelling (which is still a part of Jailbreak) impossible.

Plus, it makes it even harder to deal with freekillers, since they'll just one hit kill you on sight with a melee. I think that perm crits shouldn't be completely removed, but I think they should at least be switched to mini-crits or just Warden-only.
