What makes you a Suitable Candidate: I'm on more than most of the time when issues with players arise like Mass free-killings ,Mic spam, Slurs in chat/over mic, etc. I've also been keeping knowledge of the rules so i can make sure they are upheld and so there is no confusion about what is and isn't allowed. Will probably still reread them from time to time to make sure I have them right. Besides reading and understanding the rules i will also enforce the rules with warning first and punishments if necessary since people make mistakes and wanna help them learn from it so they wont do it again.

Punishments/Warning procedure

Micspam, Chatspam, and Wrongful Ghosting

1. Verbal or Text Warning
2. 2nd Verbal or text warning
3. Mute/gag for 2 hours
4. Mute/gag for 6 hours
5. Mute/gag for 12 Hours
6. Mute/Gag for 24 hours
7. PermaMute/Permagag

Freehit and bating

1. Verbal warning
2. Second verbal warning
3. Switching player to red team and asking them to please read the rules
4. Guard ban for 2 hours
5. Guard ban for 6 hours
6. Guard ban for 24 hours
7. Guardban permanently

Freekill and massFreekill

• (1-2 reds killed) Blu(s) is slain and reminded about reading the rules
• Mfk will result in the blu being Slain, switched to red and Guardbanned permanently
• Multiple freekills after given chances to read the rules and correct there mistake will lead to a 2 hour guardban alive
• Guardban will increase in length with every occurrence after the first on

Any Slurs or offensive things said will lead to immediate permagag and mute of the player(s)

Any other situations like Exploiting will be warned then slain if they Haven't stopped.
using Cheating or exploiting after warnings will lead to being permanently banned.

In the first video the Pyro ammo glitched i believe that's what happened so what I'd do is slay him then give the warning to not ammo glitch since it can lead to a ban and if done again and the player uses the ammo to ban him for 24 hours

The second video is a blu letting reds into armory. In this situation I will guard ban the blu for 2 hours while alive and slay everyone to restart the round. If any further action is taken by the player like saying slurs or doing it again after guard ban is up, they will be either permanently guard banned or muted and gagged depending on what happens.

The third video shows a blu inside of obby while reds are inside which is bating. I'd slay the blu that's inside for the round and give a warning to not bait or be inside of red side mini games. If they continue to bait after a second warning I will guard ban them for 2 hours alive and tell them to read the rules. If done again I will extend the time the guard bans length.

Hi Carl, Thanks for applying. Looking at your responses while your punishment ladder is a bit off the responses are alright. Although looks like you failed to notice the actions of another blue during that clip.
Looking at your history, I know you've been on panda for a few years now. Although your forum history is lacking. I can't really see any forum reports from your end. And whenever I do see you on I don't particularly notice you giving warnings. So I don't have too much confidence in your knowledge of the ruleset.
This current set of apps have some really promising contenders so I'm going to have to stick to being Neutral leaning towards a -1 for now.
Prove to the team that you know what you're doing and I'll consider changing my judgement.

The responses show good potential and I absolutely see it working.
I'm going to drop a neutral for now. I will return to this in a little bit and give further feedback on reports and behavior and awareness and chose a number then.

Keep up the work, get some reports in, and stay active and we can see a good score incoming. For right now I will keep a neutral though.

Thanks for the feedback and I understand that my punishments are alittle more considerate with the low amounts of time given and not seeing me giving warnings normally is fair. I will take what you say in stride and try to make more reports when things happen in the server. Again thanks for the feedback, this will help me do better.

Neglected to mention this on my initial response.
But on your answer for the 3rd clip you missed a major part of it. On the blue team. A seperate player (a demoman) was also baiting at the time, shooting stickies into obby and bodyblocking william in blue side karts. With the sheer quantity of applicants something like this cannot be overlooked. Will be downgrading to a -1 but this still has potential to change under the review period.

I really dont have any strong opinions of you and krook mentioned some glaring things that you missed in the videos posted. You also have shown to have some immaturty problems and seem prone to anger. Maybe if you show some growth and keep being in the community, you might have a chance next cycle.

For those reasons, gonna have to have my vote be -1.

Carl youre cool but I cannot see you as an admin, I think you struggle with maturity in game but a bigger reason is that there is simply no proof of you having any admin potential.
You've made zero reports, while I can appreciate some recent community engagement, thats all I can find of you.

You just kinda exist, if you're serious about this, you need to take more steps to be an admin, mature up in game, report people, warn them, try to cultivate a healthy gameplay experience.

Hello Carl, I don't really have much experience with you to really give a fair response in regards to in-game maturity, however I notice you just don't really make any reports or warnings. I really recommend doing those next time, I would go neutral but I am gonna do a -1 since I'd rather be seeing those from any potential admin.
