random lag in Speedrun gamemode (3 Viewers)

Whenever I play any maps that has the speedrun gamemode,I get random lag when the game starts. It’s not just one map, it happens on all maps that include Speedrun.

Maps without Speedrun don’t seem to have this issue.

If anyone knows how to fix this or what causes it, please let me know.

That makes sense but I’m confused why most players in the clip can play normally and nobody else seems to be talking about this. If it’s caused by the Speedrun maps themselves, shouldn’t everyone be lagging?

The "lag" is client sided i believe. You will see others (and others will see you) not having the "lag". But they are all dealing with it too.

The bug that broke all speedruns and player positioning was fixed around february last year, this is probably just client sided lag

i dont get the lag anymore, idk if its cuz of me just using stock tf2, messing with my window size or whatever, but it is fixable in some way
i love speedrun!

me too but how can i enjoy playing sr with this laggy....
