Hello, i would like to create a new thread to explain my part of the story and to give quick toughts involving this player report: https://www.panda-community.com/threads/report.6931/, as suggested by Wolf!, but i don't know in which section i should create the new thread.

Could you help me find the section?

Oh one more question that i forgot to ask. Do i have to use the template for reports? Because i'll post the thread on the report section but i don't want to report anybody, so do i still have to use the template?
