It just seems to me that Pyro needs a major buff for this mode. Pyro's airblast, one of the three major things that actually give pyros any chance at survival if theyre targeted, ends up as free rage for the hale, meaning that to avoid screwing their team pyros have to either a.) Flarejump and risk dying from the fall, or b.)use the Phlog, which even then doesnt guarantee survival. I know many wont agree with me, but it just seems like Pyro needs a sizeable buff to make the class a reasonable choice. Every other class has a chance to survive an encounter with the Hale (medics can uber often, scouts have bonk when theur high speed and jumps fail, heavy can normally survive a few its depending on hale and their overheal, etc.) so why not nake it so that Pyro, too, can be a force to be reckoned with? Poor chances of survival would be reasonable if Pyro did large amounts of damage, but he doesnt even have that. Alongside the fact that he needs to be close to the hale to deal damage, all his weapons do their base damage, which is honestly negligible when every single boss has thousands of health. As i said, many of you are going to disagree, but to me it seems that Pyro needs to be buffed, even if it isnt increased damage.
