• Rules broken: Purposefully teamkilling and blocking. Mild toxic behavior.
• Evidence:
  Youtube video showcasing their attempts at attempting to orbit rocket into me, blocking my orbits, and eventually killing himself with kill-bind behind me allowing me no time to react. (yes I was facing my back at him in an attempt to make the temptation of doing it again, too much for him, while still keeping him in my peripheral)
  
  After several attempts at positioning himself behind me, he decided to kill-bind
