they musteve thought i was trying to spam but in reality im a lazy kid so i didnt feel like turning off caps lock i do it alot but i got on one day and it said i wass gagged i looked it up and he thought i wass sapmming im sorry for this i will keep the caps off the best i can just pls ungag me cuz i want to talk to my buddies in game thx you

I'll be talking with @Chae about this as it was me changing the punishment to the correct one after a mistake.

So Chae's explained what happened and it's clear that you where overusing capital letters.
I want to point out that 3 days later you then micspammed from your gag which resulted in your mute.

With what I'm looking at you need more time to take this punishment rather than having it lifted now. In a couple of months we're willing to lift this punishment but it's too soon, so you'll need to appeal in the future. You can still enjoy your time on the server but you need to learn your actions do have consequences. Please familiarise yourself with the rules and do not use your name to communicate with players as this will result in a ban.
