I don't really know how I got banned and I am not from netherlands. Also duplicate account? It must be because that
my MAIN account (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198961405407) got hacked from those "I accidentally reported you for having duped items" scam methods.

Please unban me, I did nothing but make an alternate account and join my favorite server because my main account got hacked.

EDIT: also i just made this account so i can get unbanned

You're using a VPN. VPN ips get blocked very often and lead to mistakes like these. Don't use a VPN unless you have to as you should have nothing to hide. Your main account isn't steam rep marked as a scammer so you don't need to avoid anything.
