Lately on server "193.192.59.191:27015" we are having problems with this player (Andrew /STEAM_0:0:89174835).

The reason I say this is because he insults the other players and makes spamm, much spamm. I told this to some Admins and they already warned him several times, but he's smart. and knows that he can freely spamming if there's no admin around.
Attached some pictures as evidence.

PD: I'm spanish so I have the game in Spanish. Apologize if I said something wrong in English.

And yes, that andrew behaves when admins are around. But once they aren't, he starts spamming.
