To be perfectly fair tho they got g4laxy's voice and kept on spamming it when they killed someone connected to galaxy or galaxy then if things like gets heat up usually we all settle this on some mge but then again fat-cat and his gang ganging up on almost everyone in the server , one kill on him or any of his buddy they will immediately call up his backup and harassed a specific person or a group of relaxing people around the server

He's been silenced for one month, the next one will be permanent since he hasn't improved one bit since his first offense.
I've also taken the freedom to ban him for a week since a communication block doesn't seem like it will be enough.
