Edit 4: Unsure if actually did get vac banned. Because of the message when he left. Might have been a vac kick, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't a Vac Ban.

That was only a VAC kick. Also the general procedure for hackers is to IP ban them regardless, so they can't come back on alt accounts.
