One thing :

Favor a long demo (where you're spectating the rulebreaker) instead of a short video (where useless things are showed, such as the person who killed you) next time, to have a concrete idea on what've been really done, as in these kind of reports (Dodgeball ones), an important decision like a ban, can't be taken with this few evidence,
