Their steam ID (eventually): STEAM_0:1:38111563 of HATED | plaicek
STEAM_0:1:121567525 of HATED | UnLegalRacer
The rule(s) that they broke: they are both hardcore stealers (got no evidence about this but i have withnesses) and they both mage chat spammed the server

Although the last ban was not for stealing and the bans for stealing were long ago, I do not find it hard to believe that he is back at it.

Without evidence of stealing I can't ban them because of it. If they come to appeal I can't say that I've seen seen it because I haven't, I'd need the evidence from a report.
But the chat spam is real.

I'll give them about 2-3 days worth of gags due to the rapid nature of these spams and how they can be provoking.
