This user used 3 types of cheats in the following evidence and from what I could observe. 1. An aimlock, which is most obvious at the beginning of the evidence when the player in question uses an SMG as the sniper to lock on to a cloaked spy. 2. A silent aim, as evident from his crosshair not aligning for most of his shots afterwards. While you may think this is due to a spectate error, it is not, he does infact not aim at most of his targets and bullets and projectiles just lock on without the crosshair locking on in order to avoid suspicison. 3. Visual assistance, it is fairly clear that he can tell where other players are behind walls as the way he plays around them when they're no where within his vision reflects this a lot. Anyway, there is no doubt that this player is cheating.
