Invalid permabanned for duplicate account? (1 Viewer)

went to join my friend on one of your trade servers at around 3 today but I couldn't join him cause it told me I was permabanned for duplicate account but I never made one. I was hoping I could get more info on why I was banned or a repeal if possible.
