So There was this one day I am not sure what was going on or anything I can't really remember but one thing is for sure, I use my only superpower! I can make a kid voice and I can really annoy people really easly. I can see why the admins don't like that I speak like this, but the thing I am wondering about. After seeing it your self that I can be really hilarious and really weird sometimes, but people seem to love it! So am asking this one single question:
Why would you gag/mute me while there are actually people who likes me speaking in the server. And that's not everything, exactly why am I perma muted and perma gagged for a reason that doesn't even make sense to me.
"This player broke the rules too many times" Isn't this a ban reason?
But I got gagged and muted for life and I get a ban reason?
It doesn't really make sense does it?



And a small little thing.
IceStick and Conge wasn't really complaining at all.
They were saying such things as this:
"There are some one here stealing" or something like this.
This kept going until captain pootis just randomly decided to ban them.
Like dude? w.t.f
They wasn't complaining for shit bro! Get it together!

wanna know some funny shit? I wasted 100$ to get a max head which I sold and I got another 100$ to get australium so that is the second time I do this and together its about 130$ gone..... am a genius ohh wait theres more. I DID I BECAUSE OF 2 SERVERS which aren't fun to play on anymore.

I was actually taking you serious at first.
I mean, you make a solid point with the "This player broke the rules too many times" Isn't this a ban reason?"
But the follow up with "lelelellolololol" & a story about some Max hat what is out of the question here make me give up on taking intrests on your ban apeal.
You've could just waited out for Fennie to come up so she gave you a good explaination for it (also tag admins with "@")

Well, I've said this to my friends so many times but I can surely say it again.
If I get banned from this server I might just don't give a fuck on other servers (2013 - outpost) banned
some server idk... banned 2014
pbfortress banned 2015
and panda perma blocked for speaking in chat or voice 2015
so yeah thats my future.
if I get perma banned from the last server I actually play on.
Then I'll quit tf2 for like a year if not more.

The ban appears legit to me, 13 total mutes/gags (not including the permenant ones), none of them are unbanned.

Using your voice to intentionally annoy other players would count as spam, the same with spamming the chat box with pointless drivel. You have 6 mutes, which constitutes a permanent mute, and you have 7 gags, which is more than enough for a permanent gag.

I do not see why you should be unmuted or ungagged, you clearly cannot follow the general rules of this community.


FYI: It doesn't matter if people aren't complaining about your spam, they can simply ignore it... It's still rule breaking regardless of the fact that no-one cares to notice you, and punishments are dealt accordingly for it.


TL;DR: 13 total communication bans, deserves to keep the permanent mute and gag.
