Why should you receive a unban for gag / mute:

It has been a looong time ago since i played the game, i even took a break from it for imrpove myself as person, i wish i could recieve a second chance and join the panda community normally without any punishment

You really need to stop getting into trouble with other team fortress 2 communities in order for us to trust you again. I would not mind so much if it was just a general rule break, but this one specifically says slur with you've had issues with the past here. You have not improved and are not ready for the second chance.
