Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute: Due to the newly proposed rules which can be found here: https://www.panda-community.com/threads/advertising-cheats-the-thread.14904/ I would like to request an unban. I had only mentioned a tf2 meme which happens to be from a hack and such references as specified by the newly proposed rules shouldn’t be punished or if they were to be, something light or medium.

PS: I am also including the ban appeal for the other ban as I had been given no warning for that one and these two bans are relating the same incident.

Edit. You know it is wrong, you have been banned before... why do you need another warning after you are fully aware of what you are doing....

I have been banned for it once and as @iceviet has said he changed the punishment to permanent because that is what he thought was appropriate and had received no warning for it, and this is the cause of my appeal

Im willing to unban if kevin agree with the new rules getting changed but otherwise Im gonna keep it like that.
Pat wasn't wrong about adv cheat should get banned.
He didn't report you for adv cheats for nothing if i didn't bring harm.
If kevin is not going to change the rules i will not unban you for now.

@iceviet, in the spirit of Christmas is there any chance for my ban to be lifted or maybe the rule changes could be applied as this topic is still dragging since October and I haven't heard anything back in nearly 3 weeks?! Time does fly.
