I am not gonna say he is innocent but I looked at that map and it has a clipping problem. Maybe decompiling map, fixing and recompiling can fix this issue

It's not really exploiting unless you want to delay, i would've given a warning if the guy didn't deal any sort of damage for an extended period of time but the video shows only the last 20 seconds of where the boss gets killed. Furthermore from what i can see the hale in question was Gentlespy so even then the blue could've teleported to Onytx with enough rage
I'm going to mark this report invalid as there's not enough proof of him prolonging the round/delaying.
