I'm quite active currently but I really can't specify when I'm online or not. As I have a non existent sleep schedule as my work does not require that but I try to keep up with the sleep schedule of people from the USA. (I myself am from germany)

Previous experience as Admin or Moderator
I've managed large Discord servers in the past (can't specify which ones for privacy reasons). I consider myself experienced in moderation and mature enough to handle administrative responsibilities. I'm also familiar with most default SourceMod admin commands.
What would you say makes you a suitable candidate?
I'll be straight with you - my playtime is low, but there's a reason I'm applying anyway. Every time I'm on this server, I see people spamming the n-word, saying "whigga" to try to get around filters, dropping racist shit in voice chat, and posting porn sprays all over the place. It's constant and there's rarely an admin around to deal with it.
I'm not here because I'm some community superfan or because I have deep loyalty to Panda. I'm here because I want these racist idiots and perverts gone, and I'm willing to do the work to make that happen. I have the experience to moderate properly, I'm active during times when this garbage goes unpunished.
My punishment approach is simple:
Racism/Hate Speech:
- Immediate permanent ban. Zero tolerance.
Inappropriate Sprays:
- Warning
- Spray ban
- If they keep being problems, server ban
General Rule Breaking:
- Warning
- 30 minutes
- 2 hours
- 12 hours
- 1 day
- 1 week
- Permanent
Feel free to correct me.
I'm not looking to be anyone's friend or build some gaming community legacy. I just want to clean up the server during my active hours. If that's what you need, then I'm your guy. If not, that's fine too.
