nothing we can do about that though

All of us have prob seen something NSFW, also TF2 is a game rated M (mature) that should be played by people who are aged 17+, so if the issue is kids seeing NSFW stuff, then they shouldn't be playing the game.

Reports containing NSFW content are already obligated to have it in spoilers.
Unfortunately many reporters are new forum member who are unaware this feature exists.
The vast majority of reports with NSFW content have titles that imply it anyway, so i don't really understand your problem.
