Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban:

honestly its saying that i was banned for ghosting but i really have no idea what it means i knew about the mic/chat spam but ghosting i'm not familiar, and i am 100% sure it was my brother playing on my account, he has his own now and i have mine.
Its been so long since i played tf2 but when i came back to play some jailbreak i couldn't speak/type.

Is it possible to remove my gag, its been really long and i changed i guess even tho i dont know what ghosting is.

Ghosting is when you give any game altering info to living players, Be that the health of players, their location or anything deemed beneficial to them that you being dead gives an advantage in.
