Hotline Miami inspired
Basic class: Sniper.
Misc.: The Marsupial Muzzle, Triad Trinket
Weapon: Half-Zatoichi

No superjump or teleport powers.
Rage radius of 25 meters and for 5 seconds, rage also gives the player a scattergun with crits, 12 shots, 15% faster reload speed, 5% faster firing speed and 10% faster weapon switch (maybe not 10%).
Basic health for 32 players is 31342, this is split for 2 lives. After losing a life the boss' speed increases gets an übercharge for 50% and the Red Team gets a slowmotion effect.
As for quotes..... Anything that would make him sound like a sociopath. (Laughs giggles loud yelling etc.)

Looks very nice, @Kevin. Im not sure if they want more bosses though, but overall this looks really awsome!
 
So you're suggesting a boss which does not exist? I guess I could try to make something like that... but just maybe. Although he'll be underpowered without tele/superjump.

Maybe just give it superjump, but people are complaining about bosses being too overpowered, like The Mimicer or Nopegineer.

FF2 isn't made to be balanced :p It's the ability to choose boss which is the problem.

lol ur right, but i'd like to have the music ingame, would be epic, just like your Duo ;3
 
I can make this a side-project of mine, perhaps. I'm working on other stuff which needs to be finished soon, but I guess this wouldn't take long at all.
 
Maybe superjump would make it a bit more 'balanced' but it should be a smaller on just to keep it a bit more grounded.

Teleporting is over-used, feel like superjump would be more appropriate. Also, I have the model ready for him, just need to set up sounds and abilities.
 
Teleporting is really overused I'm staying with the superjump
 
Okay so the model is pretty much done, just need some extra work to look even better. I have also chosen to make 3 different songs for him, so it randoms every round. Voicelines are also up. Unfortunately he couldn't have a katana due to demos and soldiers with a katana on red can insta-kill him on one hit. So I changed it to a persuader.

On rage, he currently get 10 seconds of uber while stunning enemy for 5 (he can't stun buildings) and he gets a scatter that always crit on non-burning players. I'm very skeptical to the scattergun though, it seems extremely overpowered and it doesn't really fit him. So I'll have to think about that, perhaps changing it to a shotgun or something.

Is it not possible to make the katana a weakness of him and reduce the damage like the one of backstabs to 5-10%? Or is that one plugin based? Would be a cool addition imo.

It's probably possible if you make a sub-plugin, but I can't do that. I tried to look for a way to disable that attribute, but without success. Making him immune to melee damage? A bit too much, isn't it?

I chose the scattergun because it has a really short range and it spreads like hell, so attacking from a range with it and getting somewhat cheap kills is almost impossible.

And what if he would use a fire axe?

It's not really more overpowered than hales with rifles, if not even less overpowered. I just need to increase the spread and change the damage output.
 
The boss has been added to the FF2 server.
