New balance changes in Dodgeball (1 Viewer)

After we heard a lot of complains about the rocket speeds not being high enough etc, and it being too easy,
We decided to bring some changes.

We now have a plugin to balance the teams automatically and give a challange to better players.

How the plugin works:
If a team wins 2 times in a row, 2 players from the bottom scoreboard in the winning team will be moved to the losing team, and any more wins in that "win-streak" will move just 1 player to the losing team each win in the win-streak.

This can result in 1 good player vs. All, or just normal balanced teams, etc.
