I played on Panda Servers ( Mostly Jailbreak ) a while ago and don't recall getting muted or gagged. When coming back after a long time and finding this out, I went to the source bans but couldn't find my mute or gag by searching both my name and steam id. I was wondering if I could have some help on the matter?

I'll need an explanation about the alt in there, so make sure to include it.
