Your SB records show that you have been gagged and muted many times due to various reasons, i.e in addition to overusing Caps, you have also been blocked for Mic Spam, Chat Spam, Insulting, and uh... "squeaking"? Not sure in which context about this one.
I don't recall having ever played with you before, which makes sense because you seem to only play FF2 and VSH on the panda servers. Zou-sama mentioned he perm'd you because he was requested to do so by an old admin "Wasman" of presumably one of the servers mentioned before.

2 years have passed, indeed. But there is no reason to say that you won't do the same things again.

I find this appeal hard to accept. Your attitude is pretty much "It's been so long since I have been gagged, just un-gag me quickly please because I want to type"; no. The whole point of permanently blocking a player is because they have been given many chances already to communicate in a respectable way and have failed to do so every single time. Infact, you have had more chances than most who only get six. For you, it was eight. The amount of time of the perm is in your favor, but I'll need more convincing before I could accept this.

Not trying to be a d*** or anything, but that's just what I feel. I would prefer if more admins could give their thoughts as well. I DO NOT FIND THIS APPEAL ACCEPTABLE.
