Right I've had a look at this and I see what he is doing but I see it happen when an admin isn't online.
If a player orbits for so long, sometimes other players just come over and air blast it to get on with the round. I personally believe this is fine so long as the player orbiting has done more than 2-3 orbits. I feel the other players have the right to go over and air blast it themselves...But that is if an admin is not online.

I don't feel comfortable punishing this player due to this. If an real dodgeball admin disagrees then I'll pass it to them as they are the experts at the servers they manage. If I don't get a response I'll dismiss the report as no viable evidence.

Well seeing as how this report was quite a long time ago, I think it should be dismissed. I've personally warned Lucky about such things, because I know his habit of "reflex stealing." Should it happen again, he will have to face the consequences.

Yeah this can be dismissed and he hasn't broke the rules in a while; This was a report before I was even put as a trial admin so all is fine. Move and close please
