Well, the number of hackers i saw in this server is scary...
and everytime i do !calladmin it takes about 1H for them to come.
and because im like 24/7 on that server i think it will be much easier to ban em.

Mic spam: a 1H mute
Chatspam: 1H mute
Humuliation thingy spam: kick
Hacking: perma ban
Spawncamping: 2H ban

[Personal Opinion] You didn't ask the permission to a gameserver admin to apply for the server you're interested in. Gain it and your application will be brought forward. Your chat is comprending some toxic sentences, can you explain why of them?

when i saw rage kids and all that
is cuz there were 2 kids who just talked non stop and called meh a nub :c
and then the just quit
so ya

reported for swearing is cuz an admin banned someone and said shit so i just said i reported (did not really report)
then i joked with the admin till he left
cuz someone reported me cuz i just headshoted
and the admin got mad cuz he came for nothing

erhm, gonna leave there an advice for the future, in the way to get higher the possibility of becoming admin: please next time do not "nuke them back", with this I mean using the same medicine (in this case insults). In this peaceful way you threat them like an admin would do. ... Just report them on the forums lol, soon or not if they keep their behaviour, they will be prized with a warm and snuggly permanent punishment.

Chatlogs don't track too far because of the occasional resets :/, but even in those +400 messages I have a some reason to be concerned.
Occasional insults, few lines with non-english language.
Also when an admin answers to a call and proceeds to ban the hacker, 2 things.
1st: Insulting the hacker doesn't usually lead anywhere, except getting your own ass punished for it.
2nd: After an admin bans the hacker, there is still no reason to spam, aka break rules.

You also seem to type out everything that comes to your mind, which isn't really a good thing.
You can take a second or two to think about what's written in the unsent message before pressing enter.

And then there is the fact that this application should currently be invalid, since from what I see now, I don't see myself giving you a permission to apply right here and now.
However I have an idea and a suggestion for you:
-Wait till you turn 15, and then reapply with a complete new application (the current one has some marks of immaturity such as "to ban haxors", "thx hope you accept". While you did a good job following the template correctly, take some time to think about the answers, specially this one: Why should we choose you to be a part of our team? Everyone can use the reason "No admins online ever so I should 100% become one so I can be the one online 24/7 to ban all hackers".

And while waiting for your birthday, try to do some cleaning up in the chatlog department, if you can step up the chat game to a more appropriate direction, everyone will see much more potential in you.

So with all this said, I'll mark this as invalid. Apply again once you have reached the required age and work on the topics I pointed out
