I've talked with the brother and, I'm assuming casti himself at the same time, about the reason and rules. I will highlight here next the typical procedure:

You may be monitored and could receive a permanent ban again without warning if you break gameserver rules again. If this happens you will not be able to appeal your ban for 1 year.
