He was doing this sort of thing for the better part of an hour. Only reason I bothered to get a clip for the insulting.

I've muted STEAM_0:1:194031659 for 12 hours for insulting.
As for the teamkill and hitting game buttons without warden's permission, I see he has a ban for it before but looking at his sessions he is apparently a regular. I'll put him up on players that need a teamban for 240 mins, but if I cannot get him within 2 weeks he'll receive a 1 day server ban instead.
