Doesn't seem like much spam from Italian Boulderslide. He pastes something twice every now and then, but it's not really excessive. The only steal he did was when he was statuing under someone. See it quite often from others in DB but he's not actively trying to steal rockets.
SepTee stole 1 rocket that was directed near him so could be instinct to save himself. He's not really going for steals. He also stopped speaking in FL after you gave the warning, so that's good on him for listening.
Saying random stuff every now and then really isn't spam. It really depends on how frequent it is. But in Hus case, it wasn't bad.
Most of them are just joking around/having fun over vc.
почему ты гей Mannco.trade, 3:54 AM, and KiИG [QTЯ] were spamming quite a bit with all 3 on vc at the same time and using FL as well, so they'll be punished (mainly for FL and a bit of spam).
