So I got guard banned in December for teamkilling I appealed and lied in the first one which I know was very stupid of me and I should not have done it then I appealed again and apologized as again I am apologizing for my actions and yes I know the gag and mute are recent and I know that I don't seem like i am mature because of my actions and I understand and I am sorry so this is just an apology and for my guardban I am sorry and I will try not to do it again

ok I know what I said was wrong I was being an idiot and join Hightower and screamed the n-word which was very wrong of me because I did not think of the punishment I said it like a dumbass and I am sorry it is my fault and to anyone who got offended I am sorry for what I did and now I realize it is wrong.

ok so this gag, in my opinion, should not have happened because toxic barrel had been causing me many problems as he DMS me on discord aggot then deletes msgs and when he sees admins not on he bullies me so I fight back and then when aspers on he starts talking and talking and talking about me to the point of me fighting with him and yes I was being toxic only because he was attacking me and after asper gaged me he starts bullying me from discord and deletes it right after so I can't take screenshots so really he started this and pinned it on me and I should not have been gagged for defending myself and also it hard to play some games on jb with the gag and the mute

these are the reasons i believe I should be,ungaged,unmuted, and unguardbanned thank you, and have a nice night/day

Hello Lilspaceman,

Regarding your mute, I'm glad that you acknowledge that what you did was stupid and I would be willing to give you a chance, but seeing as you were just gagged not even a full month ago for toxicity, and after seeing your reasoning for wanting to be ungagged, it makes me rethink my choice. Defending yourself is not an excuse to be toxic and provoke other players. If you end up getting your gag removed, I would like to see you make another appeal a month after; that way we can see from your chatlog if you really have matured. For now, I would like you to stay muted but the final choice is up to my mentor @Gold

yes I was being toxic

Should be self-explanatory, you knew what you were doing was wrong. If you left the arguments and the toxicity out of panda none of this would've happened and if he continued he would be the only one gagged, but you persisted. Also, another thing, you've been kinda acting this way for a while even before the gag, but was never extreme, was in place. I know it's hard to let someone trample over like that, but it's just better to take it to DMs rather than in a server and if he doesn't want to talk to you in DMs and just spams you. You could've always blocked him and move on.

Though @Semicolon Backslash has the final say in whether or not you should he ungagged.

Mute will stay. I do not think you are ready for an ungag, considering what you did to receive your other gag. I won't mention it here but if semi wants it ill be more than happy to tell him.

Mute stays and since you need a mic to be on blue the teamban will stay as well

You must learn that people will try and get under your skin and that you must ignore it, there are many other ways to deal with what toxic barrel was doing to you other than insulting him (tip the block and in-game mute buttons do wonders). If you let yourself get tilted this easily, I'd rather not risk this again, at least for a while.
