First of all, I am sorry for my english, it's not the best.

- Name and Nickname: My real name is Abid, nickname Abbe

- Age: 22

- Steam2 ID: STEAM_0:1:64438764

- Online times: Usually 5-7 hours a day.

- Which of our servers do you usually play on: I usually play on the dodgeball.

- Do you have a microphone?: Yes, i have a microphone but I usually don't use it that much.

- Your previous experience as an admin and/or moderator: Well i've been admin on some few servers on tf2 but not dodgeball ones ;s.

- Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?: Nah, but i would love to learn some.

- Why should we choose you to be part of our team?: Well i am active, my english maybe isnt so great and so, but i am active and i bring justice!

- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments: I would most be spectating to see if someone is breaking the rules. I would warn them, like 2 times then a kick then a 30 mins ban. next ban is 2 hrs.

A couple of questions;

• If you where an admin on other tf2 servers, you should know what SM is and know SM commands. Can you at least give us ip addresses/ community names to the servers you where admin on?
• Could you do a little bit more on the policies please? Also some more on the choose to be a part of the team. Activity is good, but that isn't really the only reason to be a part of the team.

Also, a little concerned about a couple of things you've said. You have a lot of chat logs, but I've just picked out recent;
