I did ban you for MFK (for 12 hours) back in January, but if I my memory serves me correctly this was around the time that teambans (and comms/bans) were breaking constantly.

Your ban would've expired after 12 hours (so, back in January) and I never was able to teamban you (as I never saw you again after that), but Semicolon Backslash will have the final say.
