Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute: I still believe the gag/mute was unfair, but I'm just appealing the gag as once again, the one line i said was "Bitch", I'm fine with the mute staying because I did insult another player despite them being my friend.

The punishment is hard, indeed, but I stated everything in your previous appeal. Nothing unfair here. I believe it's still too soon for you to get ungagged.
