just gonna add this; doesent matter if the admin is assigned to the server or not. The comm-rules is the same for all servers.

There is more to it, as I've heard you saying "fuck you" a few times to someone on voice chat and they got upset about it, then you followed with a "bitch" in chat. Considering you have 6 commblocks and got permagagged before, I didn't bother to warn you because you should know the rules by now. I don't care if it was addressed to your friend or not, insulting is forbidden. You've been warned to not do that in one of your appeals before. Do it in private, not on the servers.
