Surprised the playtime thing is actually winning. But like it's a good anti-alt technique to prevent mass alt mfks but that's like not really an issue.

So I can tell you right off the bat kevin will never do vote rights or any other new ranks involving sub powers.
As for the second option, it's all well and good to come up with the ideas, but in practice we have no means to do it. Sure maybe(?) other communities may have it, but we need to know if we have the means to do it now otherwise it's just an idea and that is all it will be.
So to save people time who actually think this is going to happen, typing up there feedback for this, make sure you actually have a plugin that works with panda communities. Which just to say will not happen unless somebody has access to it, particularly the teambans section.
Until you do have confirmation it is possible AND typed up AND tested AND ready suggestions like these should be declined to avoid disappointment. They just sit there to become nothing.
Your best bet is skull, who has said he has no idea how to or has no access. So the next best is jailbreak redux. Maybe there is something in there that can help, but it doesn't look like that's going anywhere either. So really we're stuck.
I do apologise if this is blunt but we do need to set expectations towards suggestions. Just ideas won't help.
