So basically this came to my mind after @Ian had us all stacked on a podeum in sweeper and enabled collisions out of nowhere without a heads up which caught alot of players ofguard.
Which I feel is equal to enabling ff during cellwars without a proper warning.

CC stands for “collisions.” Collisions can only be turned on by the Warden with either !wmenu or !wcc. The Warden will always need to give a heads up before activating Collisions during dangerous Situations. (ex. Sweeper,Steady Pace,Fallgame etc.) (at least 3 seconds)

it's a dick move if the warden is talking about smt and just turns on cc during that one danger below sequence in hop, or on any sweeper stack

It is annoying when I play a particularly hard Obby like on Hopjb but then collisons come out of nowhere and screw people over so yes, I am supportive of this suggestion.

This is a very reasonable suggestion. Same as FF, CC can have a major impact on the minigame you are playing. so yes i think its a good rule to add

however i dont think you should have to announce that you are enabling CC every time Like Calassic Mentioned:

For me as long as you announce you will be switching it on and off in the current minigame its fine in my perspective (Obviously not in the way lets say: You are playing sweeper and the warden warns he will be using CC and then just enables it out of nowhere, in that case 0 progression would be made with the rule,) So more so if you are going to ''Spam'' it in the minigame (like in bumblebeam)

Nah, i think you just need to say it once before the game that cc will turn on during the game. I think the main cause of this suggestion is people being able to randomly turn it on during obby during peoples jumps, ect

Im supportive of this suggestion, Im unsure why it hasnt been a thing.

As a red, I would like this. I am good at surviving cc if I know it's coming.
As a blu, I would be fine with this, since I can still troll with cc. It's still very dangerous in sweeper 1 podium or steady pace, even with a warning.

I think letting them know that you will repeatedly toggle it and when you start with that would be fine.

No clue to be honest, the only feedback that was given is by people who agree with this.
But noone of the people against it, argued as to why it shouldnt be implemented.

A Persuasive Essay

On the fabled day of the 17th of September, the User on the panda Forums Referred to under the online alias of _Black made a suggestion to the body of the Panda JailBreak Nation, His suggestion was to villainize the act of enabling Collisions also referred to as "CC" and forcing the people of the blu faction to publicly give a speech to indicate that CC would be put into action, I write this Essay to warn of the fear I see and the judgement of our actions if this Suggestion was to be made a reality

A fear of this suggestion that makes me uneasy is the idea of a utility of the blu faction that up until this recommendation, had never had any turmoil with both members of the red and blu faction. Suddenly and radically getting a face lift, I feel as if though it is wrong to attempt to fix a utility for the blu faction that with proficient and qualified training from the members of the red faction, is nothing more than an occasional hindrance. The practicality of CC being used in a way of success is currently in a state of disrepair and tuning CC to make it more conditional is an ideal that I simply disagree with.

My next concern I wish to raise is how this bill would lead to a new standard in which the game that all members of the JailBreak Hierarchy play, becomes more simplistic and would show that suggestions that do nothing but infantilize the game mode are acceptable. Having adversity in anything is a necessity as anything with no challenge simply isn't enjoyable, many aspects of the game mode can be seen as unenjoyable so will we strip those of their rights next? Something may be seen as enjoyable to one and unenjoyable to another, it's in the eye of the beholder.

Finally I wish to give a rebuttal to the following reason​

I disagree with this due to the fact that when ff is turned on, unlike CC, FF is a result of the blood hungry peasants (me) of the red faction going for a kill and is a result of the red's going into a frenzy, while CC in a scenario of the sport of one podium sweeper relies on your own talent and intuition to survive, when a Medical professional with a Bonesaw, An infantry man with a whip, or a member of the United Socialist Soviet Republic with a brightly lit boxing glove comes running at you, while some skill is required to survive, some individuals such as the Enlightened French Man and his son are often murdered while CC is generally equal to all classes and relies on yourself rather then on the peasants being good.

I will finish this by reiterating that if this movement is to be put into action, I see it doing nothing more then to skew the direction of our balance and putting us into an unfortunate predicament in which the game mode begins to become more simplistic and diverts into a game no member of the JailBreak Hierarchy recognizes.
