Accepted all of users reported. The teamban against Vergil67 is more on the baiting than freekilling since I can see those being a misunderstanding. The baiting is just a failure to understand rules.

I only teambanned for freekilling for caerulia because the cell doors are closed and only 3 people in cells explode. Someone was probably outside and they had no idea about splash damage traveling through cell doors on hop.
