Judging by his cries of "I'm sorry" this appears to be accidental. He might've been trying to kill REDs blocking the buttons and made the mistake of using a splash damage weapon like the Grenade Launcher.

Won't go full-on ban here, but regardless, accepted, so thanks for the report.
