Quake has received a few updates based on player feedback,

Bugfix - Fixed an issue where 9 square would be unexitable upon completion.
Bugfix - Hopefully fixed a bug where entering the obby spectator area would loop you back and forth between portals.
Bugfix - Hopefully fixed an issue where ammo packs would respawn on certain servers(specifically ammo packs outside of armoury)
Bugfix - Hopefully fixed an issue with fall game where players could get stuck
Overhaul - Steadypace now has an exitable spectator area.
Improvement - No more quake notification sounds
