Add a 24 playtime requirement to join guards
similar to the plugin that blw servers use

How many times has this been suggested to date at this point?

The future is now old man

I used to be the number 1 defender of this idea, but honestly I have come to enjoy clueless people much more than some of the most experienced try hard guys out there.

Its sink or swim as warden, and sometimes sinking is hilarious.

Yeah it's something I've suggested before, and it was limited by the pragmatics I wanna say.
Something something we don't have a plugin for it, something something @Skull explain.

Yeah I just don't think this is a good idea overall. Despite it being a good way to help prevent the recent slew of MFKers.
This will ultimately just dissuade new players from staying. Many new players join our servers to play on the blue team.
We want to be able to keep those would be players as it helps us maintain high player counts and improve overall player experience. As jb is best played when the server is full.

Do you know how long it takes someone to get 24 hours playtime if they play a healthy amount per day (even at 1 hour per day that's 24 days).

Does this mean that this is a bad idea? No. Not at all. HOWEVER I'd like you to consider this scenario. It is 10:12 AM EST, and there are 6 players on Jailbreak. 5 of them have more than 1 day on the server but no microphone, and 1 has just joined for the first time, has a microphone, and is at least somewhat competent to give simple orders. Yes, this player doesn't know the rules the best, but for the game mode to run, someone has to be on blue team. Nobody can join blue team since nobody has a mic or playtime, and they cannot get playtime without playing normal rounds. This is a hypothetical, but if this does ever happen, everyone just leaves and does something else with their time. the server goes to having 0 players, which discourages people to randomly join, creating a negative loop. However good this may be for peak hours, I believe that this decision holds some inherent risk which may drive away new players.

No more children getting on blue and playing like its casual? What kind of world do you wanna live in?
Some of the funniest moment's I have ever seen is the blues trying to coach a horrendous warden, and with this, they might actually *gulp* know the rules.

People with 30 days playtime dont know all the rules, hell even I dont know all the rules.
