Declined [JB] Ban Sweeper Bat As A podium (1 Viewer)

It just makes no sense to count it as a sweeper podium when it's not really a podium, and in my opinion it ruins sweeper as it just leads to a 1 or more reds jumping in 1 spot or even not doing the game making it less fun for the people who are Acutally trying to win/survive sweeper, which is why i think the sweeper bar shouldn't be counted a "podium".

The sweeper bar is a sweeper bar. Not a podium.

The sweeper bar itself isn’t a podium and, unless the mapper forgot to make it work properly, will kill reds when they touch it, making “banning” it completely useless. For maps with a central podium/part, adding a whole new rule that bans reds from touching a really small, specific part of a minigame would just bloat the rules when the warden can tell reds to stay off it with 0 effort. This is literally the most nothingburger suggestion ever

Has something prompted this up? As there is no official rule or statement about the sweeper bar being classed as a podium. It's not a podium, that's common sense, but if warden isn't specific when telling reds to get into the minigame then there's bound to be people who try out the middle.
If they're specific about it them being on a podium then sure kos, but it's courtesy to pre warn as it may be due to confusion. Some people are new to the game! Communication and patience solves this.

Ah I see now. Maybe as your lr you can say podium only jumping? Then you force the warden to be specific about your lr, like saying hunger games no teaming.

i mean i'm all for this suggestion because technically it isn't even a podium, but at the same time it's as easy as saying a single sentence.

also, nothing in the rules states that the sweeper "bar" is a podium, it's purely just a community thing, so you could teeeeechnically kill reds for going onto it in the first place, but you'd get some baby ragers in the chat so idk if you should do that.
