Declined [JB] Allow Cell Wars as an LR (1 Viewer)

My problem is that there's not really a valid counterplay to cell wars, for all other custom lrs if I don't like it I can try to rebel to end it but this is made nigh impossible when the whole point of cell wars is to literally deny the ability for 80% of the red team to play the game for a round.
