I was on with Lid Cultist earlier and I have given him a warning about spamming and even baiting while I was on with him.

(he was also spamming in team chat but it does not show on gameme)

This might not be a problem as one of the regulars just so happened to have caught him spamming in team chat as well as all chat and sent me this screenshot as proof. It's not much as it's just in the console but still further supports him breaking the rules. Since Cultist has already received a warning from me, he can be properly gagged.

It appears he has one gag for 1 hour and another for 1 day according to his previous comms blocks, so I am not sure where to work from here.
